Join us for some safe, family fun this fall!
As a non-profit organization, MCFAPA must rely on the generosity of our community to help fund our events as well as to be able to provide much needed resources for the families we serve locally in Madison County. Bros, Bows, & Boos is a community fall festival event (originally planned as a back to school event in July) bringing awareness to foster care, kinship care & adoption as well as providing hair care resources for our families. As always, there will be plenty of family fun for all including carnival games, trunk-or-treating, costume contests and more!
This event is supported by sponsorships and contributions from our community. Learn more about how your business can be a huge part of our success below.
Be a Sponsor!
Become a sponsor today! Register here!
Platinum Presenting Sponsor / $5,000 – As a Platinum Sponsor, you will be one of three (3) primary sponsors of the event. In addition to having portions of the event named in your honor, your company will have an individual banner at the event and a table to display information about your company. Your company will also be mentioned on any television/radio/print/social media marketing ads, interviews, and a link to your company will be placed on the MCFAPA website. Lastly, your contribution would make it possible for our organization to better serve families at DHR by renovating their Visitation Rooms. Many times, these rooms are the only place families can meet while children are in care. By providing a safe, more joyful, and welcoming space we aim to restore some dignity and hope.
Gold Supporting Sponsor / $2,500 – As a Gold sponsor, your company name/logo will appear in print/social media marketing ads, logo on banner at the event as well as linked to your website on the MCFAPA website. You will also be provided a table to display information about your company. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to plan & provide Foster Parent Night Out events in the upcoming year.
Silver Signature Sponsor / $1,000 – As a Silver sponsor, your company name/logo will appear on our social media posts, logo on small banner at the event as well as on the MCFAPA website. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to provide roughly 20 KICK (Kids in Care Kit) Bags for children with specific needs in foster or kinship care.
Bronze Sponsor / $500 – As a Bronze sponsor, your company name will be listed on social media posts and company name listed at the event as well as on the MCFAPA website. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to continue renting strategically-located storage units in order to safely store items to replenish The Den at DHR, our free “needs closet” that provides KICK Bags to children entering foster care.
Be a “Treat Trunk” Vendor!
Reserve your booth & pay here.
Treat Trunk (vendor) / $75 – In spirit of being a fall festival, rather than having a traditional table booth, we thought it fitting for our vendors to decorate their vehicle “trunks” while the children “trunk or treat.” Due to limited space, we are limiting Treat Trunks to no more than 15 for this event.
Be a Volunteer!
MCFAPAA operates solely on volunteers, most of which are foster, adoptive, or kinship families themselves. We welcome your company, church youth groups, organizations, and more to help make this event a safe, sanitized, and socially-distanced success! We are in need of volunteers to help with our games, hair care sessions, registration/check-in, people-counters, and more. Just send us a message here.
If your business is unable to contribute with a sponsorship, please consider being a volunteer, offering in-kind donations, or items for our giveaways & silent auction. MCFAPA relies on community partners to ensure our success in bringing about positive change for the children and families in our community.
