As a non-profit organization, MCFAPA must rely on the generosity of our community to help fund our events as well as to be able to provide much needed resources for the foster, adoptive, and kinship families we serve locally in Madison County. This fall marks our 5th Annual Bros & Bows event, MCFAPA’s signature fundraising event. Bros, Bows, & Boos Fall Fest is a community fall festival event celebrating foster care, kinship care & adoption as well as much-needed hair care resources for our families. As always, there will be plenty of family fun for all including carnival games, trunk-or-treating, costume contests and more! Over the last 4 years we have been able to welcome 1,600+ attendees, provide over 450 free haircuts, educate hundreds on ethnic hair care and have been able to give away $30,000+ in haircare products to those that need it!

This event is supported by sponsorships and contributions from our community. Learn more about how your business can be a huge part of our success below.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsor by clicking HERE!

Platinum Presenting Sponsor / $5,000 (only a few available) – As a Platinum Sponsor, you will be a prominent sponsor of the event. In addition to having the event named in your honor (“Presented by”), your company will have an individual banner at the event, table to display information about your company, ability to speak during the event, and more. Your company will also be mentioned on all media marketing, interviews, and a link to your company will be prominently placed & linked on our website. Lastly, your contribution would make it possible for our organization to better serve families at DHR by renovating their Visitation Rooms. Many times, these rooms are the only place families can meet while children are in care. By providing a safe, more joyful, and welcoming space we aim to restore some dignity and hope.

Gold Supporting Sponsor / $2,500 – As a Gold sponsor, your company name/logo will appear in print/social media marketing ads, logo on small individual banner at the event as well as linked to your website on the MCFAPA website. You will also be provided a table to display information about your company. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to continue to provide new shoes for roughly 50 children entering foster care for the first time through The Den at DHR.

Silver Signature Sponsor / $1,000 – As a Silver sponsor, your company name/logo will appear on our social media posts, logo on shared banner at the event as well as on the MCFAPA website. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to provide roughly 20 KICK (Kids in Care Kit) Bags for children with specific needs in foster or kinship care.

Bronze Sponsor / $500 –  As a Bronze sponsor, your company name will be listed on social media posts and company name listed on shared banner and on our website. This contribution would make it possible for our organization to continue renting strategically located storage units to safely store items to replenish The Den at DHR, our free “essential needs closet” that provides KICK Bags to children entering foster care.
