Creekstone Academy is partnering with Fostering Roots Foundation to provide the foster, adoptive, and kinship community an opportunity for priority registration. Creekstone Academy is currently under construction with plans to open September 2024. They are located on Palmer Road in Madison, AL and offer full-time and part-time care as well as before and after school care. Hours will be from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. Registration fees will be waived for any foster, adoptive, kinship family that completes this form.
