FOCAL Christmas Wish Lists

It’s that time of the year again, already! Please complete the FOCAL Christmas Wish List Form (file download HERE) for all Madison County foster children placed in your home. Return all forms to Jennifer Taylor at DHR before October 30th. You have three options to be get the form back to her: Email, Snail Mail, or in-person.

The earlier she receive the forms the easier it is to ensure that all of our children are properly sponsored for the holidays. Please note, if you are a relative that has a foster child through another state or have already adopted a child, please do not complete this form for the child.

Since high school, Aline knew she wanted to pursue a career providing pediatric occupational therapy services. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Auburn University, where she graduated as College of Education Student Marshal. Aline continued her education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where, in 2019, she graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. It is a tenet of Aline’s professional mission to provide occupational therapy services that consider all aspects of the individual’s occupational performance, including the person, their functional environments, and all valued and necessary occupations in which the individual wants or needs to participate.
